There’s the uncut, Taiwan DVD that has no subtitles. The subtitled DVD is cut by a half an hour, has awful english subs and is available in dozens of bootlegged versions out there. I have the bootleggiest version available with just the movie, no menus, no nothing.

Sounds like my kind of movie.

A quick question, though: Which release of the film do you own? Amazon.com has what appears to be a bootleg for roughly $20, while YesAsia has a legit DVD for close to $50. I don’t mind paying the high price tag if it’s the superior version, but I’m not going to drop that much cash if it’s not worth it.
