It is wonderfully watchable and I am so grateful that this movie was made. I appreciate Mr. Ho’s directing and I can safely say this is one of the greatest movie experiences I have had the pleasure to take part in.

Even the sound guy is awful, inserting thuds when the fighters miss. And I’m talking about intentional choreographed misses. Did someone not give the man the script? I know its hard to tell the intentional misses from the hits on a fight scene this bad, but still.

It was actually filmed in the same area. I thought “Honor and Glory” was laughably bad. I went to IMDB to find out about Undefeatable and my eyes have been opened to the light. After seeing the final fight scene on YouTube, I “acquired” the movie and WOW!! I may have found the greatest “bad” movie I have ever seen in my life. Thank you Mr. Ho!!

He’s actually a professor at a major Hong Kong university. I wonder if his students have any idea of what he’s done to qualify him as an filmmaking instructor.

Undefeatable is dunk on its own incompetence. It’s completely out of control. I’d love to talk to Ho so I could ask him just what the hell he thinks he’s doing. Most of the Ho movies I’ve seen are these fever dreams where nothing really makes sense but where a guy like Guy Maddin makes that work for him, Ho is just trying to crank out shitloads of movies in as short a time as possible.

This may be his Citizen Kane.
