I wouldn't be surprised if it's a direct-to-DVD release. I enjoyed the first movie (original version not director's cut.) and think there's no reason to continue the storyline. Also what is up with Kelly? Domino was weak at best and I heard that his Southland Tales was a jumbled mess. Though I still have it in my queue to check out for myself.
