I’m glad you guys enjoyed it. Really.

That said, “Hands of Steel” was entirely forgettable experience. Maybe it’s my mind set as of late. Maybe I didn’t approach the flick with the right attitude. Or maybe, just maybe, a Terminator/Over The Top knock-off just isn’t my cup of tea.

I reviewed this about a month ago on my site. I thought it was awesome. One of the worst/best movies I’d seen in a real long time. I’d agree with Dan up there, there’s cyborgs, arm wrestling, John Saxon, and the king of Italian cinema, the great George Eastman! One of the actors died during the filming, what more do you need?

Surprised at the reaction to this one. I recently saw it for the first time too and loved it. What’s not to love about a blatant TERMINATOR/BLADE RUNNER rip-off with a bizarre arm wrestling subplot and the tension of whether or not Janet Agren is gonna get nuded up? It’s like a Cannon flick on acid… highly entertaining!
