Since the advent of Rifftrax, probably even since the advent of the DVD format and beyond, people have been recording their movie riffs and either playing them for their friends or redistributing them over the internet. I have to find it again, but there’s an entire newgroup dedicated to these and it’s fairly busy.
Maybe you already do this, maybe you’ve been considering it, maybe you don’t even know what Rifftrax are. How does this sound? Record your riffs and send it to Mike Nelson over at Rifftrax. You set your price and your shit is on sale. The best of the best wind up on the homepage but everyone gets their own product page and you can promote it until the cows come home. Users then rate your riffs and the top stuff floats to the top of the ranks.
