Now this is what I’m talking about! I loves me a good fan film and I also loves me some Half-Life. So here’s what happens when you have $500 and a little filmmaking know-how (and a full post-production studio and 3-D animation suite). You make a sweet Half-Life 2 fan film as proof of concept for some new post techniques you’re developing. It’s not entirely clear what is happening in City 17 but shit is going down and everyone is advised to leave. The combine seems to be out to stop everyone, of course, and a couple of dudes have to make a break for it in a cramped train yard. No head crabs… yet. Keep on watching at the end for the inevitable further episodes of Escape From City 17.
