Paramount is timing their releases of these Friday the 13th Deluxe Editions with great skill, I tell you. The first wave released, back in February, came out just in time to coincide with the remake and now the next three should hit shelves as the remake is released on DVD. It’s brilliance, I tell you. To get you primed for this release, Paramount has provided me with a short, very ironic clip about the decision making process for part 4 on how the filmmakers would eventually end Jason’s reign of terror definitively. Since we’ve all seen these movies a million times, the special features that they’re providing on the discs is really where it’s at and from the looks of things, this latest bunch is strong.
