Some ZombieBomb! updates!

Zombie Pinup Here’s a follow up to my article last week about the upcoming comic anthology from Terminal Press, ZombieBomb!, which happens to feature a story by me. Adam Miller, art director on the book with Rich Woodall, hit me up with some things that I hadn’t mentioned and some corrections to a few erroneous statements.

As of now, Terminal Press intends this to be a four issue anthology (I’ll most likely be in the second issue) with each volume weighing in at a mighty 60 pages. The collected hardcover that I mentioned in time for San Diego is not on the table and is more or less a “wouldn’t it be cool if” conversation piece between a few of the involved parties. Any sort of collection will be contingent upon sales.

My initial report that the book will be hitting shelves in January was way wrong. In fact, the book will premier at the Boston Comic Con this coming April and the follow up book will hit in San Diego. However, you’ll be able to jump over to the Terminal site and order a copy as an online exclusive prior to their debuts at the cons.

Miller also hit me up with some details about the covers. Terminal likes variant editions and will be releasing issue one, and presumably the rest, with two covers. Each by Adam Miller and Rich Woodall, respectively. Also, that rumor about Exodus vocalist, Rob Dukes, doing a story is actually going down. The art will be handled by Miller.

So that’s it for now. More as the story develops. Terminal will be releasing a press release with specifics in the comic weeks and it’ll certainly make its way here.
