Ghost Hunters is one of those things I always want to like...and just can't. I think the interference arises from their claim to use 'science' to debunk haunting rumors...since what they do in actuality is wander around in the least scientific fashion possible with a bunch of equipment without any way of developing an accurate profile of the environment, which -- obviously -- would take too long for a show. Accurate science rarely makes for good television, and gadgets are easily hacked and manipulated.

What bugs me more than that, though, is the way the camera always, without fail, cuts away from whatever they're looking at. If ever there were a bad sign, that'd be the one.

I think you're right...they used to be more tolerable than they are. Shame, really, because they seem pretty likable.
