I know this entry was posted a long time ago, but I just came across your ghost story series last night (they're awesome!) and I have to comment on this one with a little story of my own.

About 17 years ago, when I was around 8 years old, I woke up early one morning and went to lay in my mom's bed. She was up, laying in the bed also, reading a book. The room was dim so she had her booklight on. It was summer time and she had an air conditioner in the bedroom window. We were laying there talking when all of a sudden this little gnome thing, looking almost exactly what the thing in this video looks like, ran into the bedroom, slammed into the air conditioner, then bolted out of the bedroom. After a few seconds of staring in shock, we ran out of the bedroom to check on my 2 year old sister, who we thought maybe had climbed out of her crib and done it. Nope, my sister was sound asleep in her crib. We had no pets at the time either and we lived on the third floor of a 3 apartment building. The air conditioner, which we had bought brand new about a month earlier, never worked again.

To this day we still have no clue what the hell the thing was, but it was freaky. One more thing happened a few days later, before we told anyone what we saw, and we're not sure if it's related to this incident or not. At about 6:00am, (6:00 am was right around the time the little thing ran into the room a few days earlier) someone called our phone. My mom answered it. She said all she heard on the other line was heavy berthing, and when she asked who it was, they replied in a hoarse voice "your worst fucking nightmare!" and hung up.

I swear, I'm not making ANY of this up. Nothing like either of these incidents ever happened to us again.
