In the comics he does, but not for a REALLY long time. The prison is also a major point in the comics but it doesn’t happen for a while. That arc went on FOREVER before it was resolved and the resolution was BRUTAL. Very unexpected.

I have never read the comics so I dont know anything about the prison. One thing for sure is I too want to see Morgan return but who knows, maybe just his son returns????? Or it ends with a faint connection on the walkie at the end…
What I do predict is the arrival of the guy with one hand, and he wont be happy. My bet is that they go back and get Jim for the CDC guy to study his metamorphasis to the undead. At any rate, I am hoping this Tony Nunes guy has sent his resume off to Durabont.

I wanted the season to end at the gated community, and have the first episode of season 2 basically cover that whole thing, but I guess thats not happening. Will Shanes story even play out, or will that be dragged deep into season 2? I fear the more they embelish, the further we get from arriving at the prison, but I’m still excited (albeit it nervously) to see where he takes it. Change is good, but Kirkmans books should not be fucked with too much.

I’m not entirely sure I’m into a couple of ideas that these shows hit me with. I’ve been feeling Dexter this season, a totally worthy follow-up to last season but the romantic implications of Lumen are kind of dodgy. Not sure how I feel about it. Same goes for this whole CDC thing on The Walking Dead.
