The First Human Centipede has a couple of nasty scenes, but it’s actually pretty tame in the graphic violence category. It’s mostly unpleasant because of its tone and theme. I’m also hearing that the versions of A Serbian Film that were released here in the US and in the UK were heavily cut. Both were still nasty pictures, but probably paled in comparison to the uncut version that toured film fests. The one I saw.
